To ensure a high-quality visit, guest capacity is limited for each session.
We highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance through our online ticketing platform to secure your admission.

Ticketing Policies

  • Capacity Control & Advance Booking: Maximum capacity limits are enforced for each session. Ticket reservations are open up to 90 days in advance. If a time slot is sold out, please select an alternative session. We recommend booking early to avoid onsite sell-outs.
  • Document Verification for Concessions: Visitors holding Concession, Senior, Local Resident, or Free tickets must present their original valid identification documents at the gate. Failure to provide original proof will require paying the full general admission price difference at the Information Desk.
  • Authorized Ticketing Channels Only: Please do not purchase tickets from unauthorized third-party platforms or resellers. Taichung Aquarium and its official ticketing vendor are not responsible for any admission refusal or transaction disputes arising from non-official purchases.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellation Policy: Once a transaction is completed, individual ticket modifications or head-count adjustments are not supported. Any changes require a complete cancellation of the original order followed by a new reservation. Refunds are processed according to the timeline below:

      • 7+ Days Prior to Visit Date (Excluding visit day): Full refund with 0% cancellation fee.

      • 1 to 6 Days Prior to Visit Date (Excluding visit day): Cancelled orders will incur a 5% handling fee.
      • (Example: For a visit booked for October 8th, cancellations made on or before October 1st are free; cancellations made between October 2nd and 7th will incur the 5% fee.)
      • On the Day of Visit: Cancellations, no-shows, or date/session modification requests made on the scheduled date are strictly non-refundable.
  • Force Majeure & Legal Notice: In the event of an unscheduled aquarium closure due to a typhoon or other force majeure, a full automated refund will be credited back to your original payment channel. Hi-Cheng Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify, terminate, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

Group Reservation Procedure

To ensure a premium touring experience, group bookings are mandatory for any parties consisting of 20 or more individuals. Group applications must be submitted at least 20 days prior to your visit and no later than 3 days in advance.

Reservations are open up to 90 days ahead, and our team requires 1-2 business days for standard application reviews.

填寫「團體預約單」，按「儲存」、「確認」後再按「申請」。申請完成後會寄送訂金支付通知信。

支付訂金

收到通知函後請於指定日期內支付總門票金額 30% 為訂金；若逾期未完成訂金匯款，將自動取消訂單。

預約完成

支付訂金後，請於原信件點「查看團體預約單」或至網站上點選「輸入付款資訊」填入扣款帳號後五碼（請勿直接回mail會收不到資料）
待本館確認後寄出「團體預約單成立通知信」即為預約成功。

Group Changes & Cancellation Policies

  • Information Corrections: Please double-check all group details. Any errors or spelling corrections must be requested by contacting our venue before 17:00 at least 3 days prior to your visit.
  • Headcount & Ticket Adjustments: For any sudden updates regarding the group size or specific ticket categories, please contact our Operations Department immediately. Modifications are strictly limited to one time per group.
  • Group Cancellation & Refund Structure:
    • 14+ Days Notice Prior to Visit: Eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Alternatively, our team can assist in extending the booking validity for up to 3 months or switching to another available time slot.
    • 1 to 13 Days Notice Prior to Visit: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 20% forfeiture of the deposit.
    • Cancellation on the Day of Visit: Cancellations or no-shows on the scheduled day will result in a 100% forfeiture of the deposit (strictly non-refundable).
  • Special Arrangements & Enquiries: If your group requires customized accommodations, please state them clearly in the “Notes” section during online registration, or call our Operations Department directly at +886-4-26570518.
  • Onsite Verification: All group members eligible for Concession, Senior, or Free tickets must present their original valid photo IDs at the entrance for verification during check-in.
